Sunn y Outlook

Finally, the big freeze seems to be behind us and there is a touch of spring in the air. And from here on in things are only going to get better. But we also know that sunlight is good for our health, providing us with essential vitamin D which is absorbed through the skin.  Health expert suggest that in this country, in order for us to get our yearly dose of vitamin D, we should be out in the midday sun for at least 20 minutes a day.  What better way to get your daily dose of sun and exercise than to have fun in a group?  Come along to a free session and try it out for yourself.

What to eat to treat

Now that spring is here, some amazing colours and flavours are starting to break through. Spinach, packed with vitamins and iron, is in season and you will be able to pick up some wonderful spring lamb from your local butcher. Spring into fitness

January is not the best time to start an exercise regime; the cold weather and lack of daylight is enough to send you back under that duvet for good. Spring, on the other hand, is the ideal time to throw on your running gear and venturing out in the great outdoors altogether. Spring clean your head

A cluttered home is unsightly, but a cluttered head can be the cause of many psychological, mental and physical problems.  Why not take advantage of our NLP experience and have a good clearout of your head and your house? You will be amazed at how better you feel afterwards, plus you will have rid your home of unwanted bacteria and parasites and burned calories in the process.

It's what's inside that counts

Our immune systems may have taken a battering during the winter as numerous bugs, infections and illnesses take their toll on our health. It can take weeks for our bodies to shake them off completely if you don't take sufficient steps to aid your recovery.
