Having gradually put on weight over the past 3 years i seemed to always find myself tired, achy and requiring larger and larger suits for work!

Weighing myself at Boots this April was the final straw - as I was reading the printout again and again i just couldn't believe how ridiculous my weight and BMI had got.

I knew had to do something about it and coincidentally came across a Creating Chaos flyer. I gave Phill a call expecting nothing much more than a PT who would run me through the usual exercises.
His attitude was great and i immediately felt that this guy could help me with my problems - he seemed to understand my goals and my constraints in terms of time, work and family life. He offered a very intelligent and pragmatic approach to training and genuinely seemed to be interested in helping me achieve my goals. 4 months on, following two stages of 16 sessions of training, I lost almost 16 KGs and more than halved my body fat! Unfortunately i was confronted with one of the same problems as before, but this time i needed smaller suits. My strength, speed, balance and endurance his really good now and is only getting better. Don't get me wrong, I had to eat right too and get back into good habit but Phill helped me there too offering me great advice and motivation.
I am very much looking forward to my third stage of training where i am planning to drop my body fat to 10%, develop more strength further and improve my flexibility and balance.
I am confident Phill can help me achieve my new goals by the end of the year, with minimal but effective training (2 times 30mins sessions a week!). Make space Men's Health magazine front cover, here i come!

A few pointers…

  • Exercise should be enjoyable – not a chore. We’ll show you ways to make being active something to look forward to.
  • Getting the right nutrition doesn’t mean going on a starvation diet – it means giving your body the right nutrition at the right times
  • Commitment is easiest to achieve when the changes that you make are small, but effective and achievable
