LAUNCH at CLARENCE DOCK15 Apr

Creating Chaos are finally launching their new, exclusive sessions at Clarence Dock.  The sessions are available to all residents and local companies in Clarence Dock.   In reply to the cries of local residents for a gym facility, we are providing a flexible outdoor training service, guaranteed to achieve much more than the average gym session.

The launch begins at 10.00 on Saturday 25th April, in the Armouries Square. 

We will be holding  15 minute workshops incorporating all the different training elements we use in our sessions, along with advice on all aspects of nutrition and NLP techniques. 

  • Kettlebell training (for weight loss, strength, posture, core strength)
  • Powerbag training  (for strength, flexibility, conditioning)
  • Free body movements (for balance, flexibility, coordination, strength)
  • Boxing (for weight loss, speed, conditioning)

A few pointers…

  • Exercise should be enjoyable – not a chore. We’ll show you ways to make being active something to look forward to.
  • Getting the right nutrition doesn’t mean going on a starvation diet – it means giving your body the right nutrition at the right times
  • Commitment is easiest to achieve when the changes that you make are small, but effective and achievable
