Fortunately for us, we’re NOT a health and fitness club. Nor are we a gym! Creating Chaos is all about your health, wellbeing and fitness in a much healthier environment… the great outdoors. We’re serious about fitness but we’ve also learned, from people just like you, that getting fit and healthy should be enjoyable and even, dare we say it…fun!
Endorsed by Change 4 Life and Skills Active, each of our physical trainers have complementary skill sets and specialities. This means that whether you need a personal trainer who provides tailored training and nutritional guidance; if you want to get fit with a group of like-minded people to aid commitment and personal motivation; or you feel your school or workplace could do with some exercise and fitness tips, you’ll receive experienced, specialist instruction every step of the way.
